DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The man who was fatally shot after allegedly pointing a loaded firearm at New Lebanon Police officers Monday has been identified.
Jacob Rader, 34, allegedly didn’t cooperate with instructions from two officers who had come to his home as part of an investigation into a stolen vehicle.

After being told he would be tased, Rader allegedly pointed the weapon at officers, who discharged their own firearms.
