DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A man facing additional charges in the case of Nicole Slusser’s disappearance and subsequent death has entered a plea of not guilty.
Shane Smith was indicted last week on charges including Gross Abuse of a Corpse and Tampering With Evidence.
During an arraignment hearing Tuesday, Sept. 1, Smith entered his plea. He is being held on a $750,000 bond.
