DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — A man involved in a controversial arrest back in February had a court appearance on Wednesday, April 24. On February 18, Dayton Police officers were dispatched on an accident call in the 1600 block of Tampa Ave. It took several officers and multiple attempts to get 36-year-old Jerard Miller out of his vehicle.
