MIDDLETOWN, Ohio – No arrests have been made in an apparent case of road rage that claimed a young father’s life in Middletown. It happened on April 16, when officers were dispatched to the area of Manchester Avenue and Verity Parkway for a report of two cars that were involved in a road rage incident.
