KETTERING, Ohio (WKEF) — A man accused of gross abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence was arraigned Monday in Kettering Municipal Court. Trotwood Police reported on April 22 finding a bag containing two human legs at 7565 Old Dayton Road. Police say the legs belonged to Edgar Keiter Sr. of 4555 Croftshire Drive in Kettering.
