DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The NAACP of Dayton says that a Miamisburg man’s civil rights were violated after he was stopped back in july 2025.
According to the chapter, Daryl Kinney was stopped after he was taking a walk in his neighborhood for allegedly damaging a mailbox.
The NAACP said that what happened to him was not right, and it all started in his own neighborhood…
