UPDATE: 2 men in custody after road rage incident leads to shots being fired at Vandalia gas station

Two men are in custody, and one person was hospitalized after shots were fired at a Vandalia gas station on Saturday morning.

Shortly after 11:30 a.m., crews were dispatched to the Speedway at 830 East National Road on reports of shots fired, according to a Vandalia Police and Fire Dispatcher.

Officers told News Center 7 crews on scene that this started as a road rage incident in the parking lot of the gas station.
