PIQUA, Ohio (WDTN) – A man is now in custody for an alleged shooting near a Piqua park on the night of Thursday, April 16.
Phillip Ragland, 22, was arrested and charged with discharging a firearm and possession of drugs after he admitted to firing multiple rounds into the air.
According to the Piqua Police Department, officers responded to a call for a disturbance near Kiwanis Park just after 9:30 p.m.
