DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The Tipp City man accused of shooting and killing his wife as she slept returned to court for the final time before his trial next month.
Caleb Flynn appeared Thursday afternoon for a scheduling conference in the Miami County Court of Common Pleas.
