DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A man has changed his plea to guilty in connection to a deadly shooting in Springfield last year.
The plea deal accepted by Charles Tanturri dropped five charges and downgraded a murder count to voluntary manslaughter with a firearm specification.
