Charm at the Farm celebrates 10 years with new ownership, expanded experiences

LEBANON, Ohio (WKEF) — Charm at the Farm is marking its 10th anniversary in 2026 with expanded experiences, new ownership and continued commitment to supporting local businesses and charitable causes.

According to the open-air market, which began in 2017, they are set to return this year with refreshed features and an enhanced atmosphere for its growing community of “Charmers.”

In a press release, Wendy Vollrath, a retired executive, longtime attendee and now co-owner, is said to have purchased the 56-acre Lebanon property with her husband, Matt, officially joining founder Amy Doyle in leading the market forward.

Vollrath, who now lives on-site, says the transition feels like a natural extension of her long-standing love for Charm:

My sister and I have been coming to Charm since the beginning, so it already feels like home. Now, having the opportunity to be co-owner and welcome our Charmers back with new enhancements to the farm this year, makes this milestone year even more meaningful…
