ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A DeKalb County police officer who fatally shot a 19-year-old man while arresting him Tuesday is now facing charges of involuntary manslaughter and reckless conduct, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI).
The officer has also been fired over the incident, the DeKalb County Police Department said.
