ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A man using a wheelchair is in critical condition after being injured in a hit-and-run Tuesday, Atlanta police said.
Police said the 69-year-old man was hit by a car near 1181 Lee St SW just before 6 a.m. Tuesday.
