CONYERS — An Oxford man was arrested in connection to a fatal hit-and-run on Dogwood Drive that claimed the life of a 43-year-old Conyers woman.
Warrants were secured for 52-year-old Oxford resident Derrick Lydell Mathis, for homicide by vehicle. Mathis was located and arrested without incident Tuesday morning, at a motel in Conyers.
