ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A woman whose husband died in a helicopter crash on the night they were married is filing a wrongful death lawsuit against her wedding venue and the helicopter operator.
Jesni Sam is seeking damages and coverage of legal fees, according to her attorney.
