LITTLETON, Colo. — Ted doesn’t look like most dogs – the senior pup, who was found wandering the streets of Midland, Texas, has an autoimmune disease that affects his appearance. But to Mary Loprino, the founder of Pepper’s Senior Dog Sanctuary in Littleton, Ted was perfect.
