WASHINGTON, D.C. (KKTV) – On Wednesday, the Department of Justice announced DISH Wireless LLC, located in Englewood, Colorado, would pay $17,280,240 for violations related to the Federal Communications Commission’s affordable internet program.
“DISH and its employees fraudulently signed up ineligible applicants to receive federal monies,” said U.S. Attorney Jeanine F. Pirro for the District of Columbia.
