ANKENY, Iowa — Ankeny police will not file charges against the person who drove into a school pick-up line at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic School.
16 children were hurt after a vehicle drove over the curb and entered the pick-up line at the school on March 24.
The 76-year-old driver provided blood samples to officials, which were tested in a laboratory to see if the driver was impaired. The results did not support any OWI charges, the Ankeny Police Department said…
