BREMER COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG) – A Des Moines man is charged with vehicular homicide nine months after a crash killed an Urbandale man last August in Bremer County.
According to a criminal complaint, Lal Puia Sai Lo of Des Moines was driving a Toyota Tacoma on August 23, 2025 when he failed to stop and yield the right away at the intersection of Piedmont Avenue and 190th Street in Bremer County.
