An Iowa nurse who was previously sanctioned for substance abuse issues is now facing additional disciplinary charges.
The Iowa Board of Nursing has charged registered nurse Ranae Fallis of West Des Moines with habitual intoxication or addiction to the use of drugs, and with engaging in unethical conduct or practice harmful or detrimental to the public.
