A 600,000-square-foot warehouse, built in 2015 in northeast Des Moines, has been acquired by Midwest Equity LLC, a private equity commercial real estate company headquartered in Cedar Rapids, records show.
Midwest Equity, doing business as MD10 Des Moines Industrial LLC and Elite Re Investments LLC, paid Graham Warehouse 2 LP $42 million for the property at 5635 NE 14th St. in Des Moines, Polk County real estate records show. The parcel includes 40 acres.
