A Waukee man was arrested on a Dallas County warrant Friday for allegedly raping his nieces over the course of two years.
Elmer Jhonatan Cruz Mota, 37, of 1860 Brodie St., Waukee, was charged with two counts of second-degree sexual abuse, two counts of sexual abuse-continuous sexual abuse of a child and three counts of lascivious acts with a child.
