MINBURN, Iowa — One person is dead and another is hospitalized after a fire in Minburn late Monday.
The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office responded just after 10:30 p.m. Monday to a residence engulfed in flames on Pioneer Avenue in Minburn. The 911 caller told dispatch her boyfriend was still inside, the sheriff’s office said.
