Raccoon Valley Radio’s Severe Weather Action Team was busy on Wednesday providing live coverage of several severe weather events.
The first round of severe thunderstorm warnings, that came from the National Weather Service, was from 11:54am to 1:30pm for Guthrie and Greene Counties. Greene County Sheriff Jack Williams confirmed there was quarter size hail as the main threat, along with heavy rainfall in the other portions of the two counties.
The National Weather Service then issued a second thunderstorm warning for southern Dallas County from 3:16-3:33pm where only heavy rainfall was reported as the main hazard…
