A Missouri man is facing multiple felony charges in Warren County following an investigation involving a minor.
According to court documents, 19-year-old Muhammad Ziyan Mazhar of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, is charged with Sexual Abuse in the 2nd Degree, a Class B felony, and Delivery to a Minor, also a Class B felony.
The charges stem from an incident reported by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office on April 26th at Lake Ahquabi. Authorities say a juvenile female had been reported as a runaway and was later located at the park campground in a shower house with Mazhar. Court records indicate the juvenile told investigators she had met Mazhar in person two to three times, and that sexual contact had occurred during those encounters…
