Gunfire on Detroit’s east side left one man dead and another wounded yesterday after a ShotSpotter alert drew officers to the 11900 block of Gratiot Avenue, authorities said. One victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The second man, also suffering from gunshot injuries, refused medical treatment. Detroit police said the investigation is active and that no arrests have been announced.
