We’re thrilled to announce another FREE bus trip to the Detroit Institute of Arts for seniors age 55 and up, this time featuring a musical performance by GNote~7! Please note: You must be pre-registered to board the bus – no walk-ups will be accepted.
About the music: Gnote~7 is a Detroit-based energetic soulful band with expertise in many genres, including funk, jazz, blues, and old-school R & B. This performance is a tribute to the Motown sound of the 1960s and 1970s, including Smokey Robinson, Marvin Gaye, The Temptations, The Jackson Five and others.
- Pick-up/Drop-Off Location: Front of Warren City Hall (One City Square, Warren, MI, 48093). There is free parking in the parking structure adjacent to City Hall as well as the streets surrounding City Hall.
- Pick-Up Time at City Hall: 12:00 pm – Please plan to arrive at City Hall no later that 12:00 pm. If you’re not seated and checked in by 12:00 pm, you may lose your spot.
- Departure from the DIA: 3:00 pm
- Estimated Return to City Hall: 3:45
