MONROE — A Michigan man was killed when his motorcycle was struck by another vehicle Tuesday.
Robert M. Noble, 66, of Trenton, Mich., was driving west on Newport Road in Frenchtown Township just after 11 a.m. when he tried to turn left onto Telegraph Road, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
As he was making the turn, Mr. Noble’s motorcycle was hit by an eastbound minivan being driven by Carleana L. Plyler, 34, of Newport, Mich. As a result of the impact, Mr. Noble fell off his motorcycle and came to rest on the south grass shoulder of Newport Road…
