SHELBY TWP. (WWJ) — Shelby Township Police say Flock cameras helped them catch a man and woman in the country illegally who were wanted for stealing from Ulta Beauty stores in several states.
According to investigators, the suspects were reported to authorities on Sept.1 after leaving an Ulta store in Shelby Township without paying for $400 worth of merchandise.
Police were then able to locate Paula Rodriguez and Richard Monlina, who had been living in Detroit, with the help of Flock cameras…
