MACOMB COUNTY, Mich. – A man accused of ramming his car into a police cruiser at the Roseville Police Department and approaching officers with a knife has pleaded no contest to his charges.
Daniel Minnick, 37, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, and malicious destruction of fire or police property.
