A Birmingham boutique was broken into for the second time, and the owner says thieves took nearly everything inside — even after she spent thousands of dollars on extra security following the first break-in.
Security cameras captured the break-in at Via Manzoni, a high-end fashion boutique in Birmingham. Owner Giulia Zhou says it happened just after 4 a.m. on Sept. 17. Police came to her home to tell her the store had been broken into.
