DETROIT, Mich.—Bobb Vergiels was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney failure but thanks to a donor, he received a life-saving transplant.
If you grew up in Michigan, chances are you might recognize Bob Vergiels voice because he has been a PA announcer for the Detroit Tigers, Lions, the Michigan Wolverines, and several Detroit minor league teams.
He was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney failure and feared that without a transplant he would pass away.
