The crash happened near E Grand Boulevard and Frederick Street just before 10 p.m. on Oct. 26. Detroit police said a man in his 40s was struck by a car and shared a photo of him on Nov. 4.
Police said they are sharing his photo in an effort to get tips from the community.
The man struck by the car is described as being in his 40s, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 136 pounds, with brown hair and a mustache. He was wearing a gray Nike jogging suit at the time of the crash…
