One of the men charged after allegedly carjacking a father and daughter at gunpoint, then later crashing a different car during a police chase, has pleaded guilty.
Robert Bates, 37, of Detroit, and Skylar Carlisle, 28, of Eastpointe, were charged with multiple felonies stemming from the carjacking on July 28.
