DETROIT, MI — A woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash while walking along the Lodge Freeway in Detroit.
At around 2:30 a.m. Friday, March 27, the Detroit Regional Communication Center began receiving reports of a pedestrian walking along the southbound side of the freeway near Clairmount Street, according to Michigan State Police. Soon after, troopers were notified the pedestrian had been struck.
