RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Despite a small break at the pump, drivers are still paying record prices for this Fourth of July.
AAA stated, even with recent drops, this holiday still marks the most expensive July 4th for gas on record in North Carolina. In Raleigh, prices are averaging about $3.51 a gallon, with the national average closer to $3.86.
