With the latest round of college basketball free agency underway, Michael Malone and the Tar Heels have been showing interest in some of the top big men who have recently become available. North Carolina would love to add an experienced center to its 2026-2027 roster, and Duke Brennan just might be the perfect fit.

On Monday, it was reported that Duke Brennan will explore a potential return to the college ranks for a fifth season, and the list of interested programs goes well beyond the 9 schools he said he’ll focus on.
