Durham County commissioners unanimously approved a resolution Monday supporting recommendations from the Durham Violence Reduction Working Group, as community leaders and residents continue searching for ways to address gun violence across the city.
The resolution endorses a series of strategies aimed at reducing violent crime through prevention, intervention and community engagement.
