OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (KOKH) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has issued an Endangered Missing Advisory for an Oklahoma City man.
45-year-old Joel Hastings was last seen near NE 16th St and Peachtree Ave in Oklahoma City on Monday. He was last seen on foot wearing blue jeans and a dark colored t-shirt.
