OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — A 48-year-old man living in Oklahoma City illegally has been sentenced to nine years in federal prison after authorities said they found cocaine and a firearm during an arrest and search of his home.
Ramon Zuniga-Magdelano, described as “a Mexican alien residing in Oklahoma City illegally,” was sentenced to serve 108 months in federal prison for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm.
According to public records, Oklahoma City police officers conducted a traffic stop on Dec. 19, 2024, and arrested Zuniga-Magdelano on an outstanding warrant. Officers recovered cocaine from his person, then later executed a search warrant at his Oklahoma City residence.
