OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Going from Clinton to Oklahoma City and back, new investigative reporting from Oklahoma Watch found the Oklahoma State Treasurer traveled using the state vehicle seemingly without authorization.
Not only that, but they found that Russ was using a barely-year-old office in Clinton as a commuting hub while going back and forth to the Capitol.
It all came from GPS data within the state vehicle, as well as fuel purchases…
