Luther Mayor signed NDA with Beltline Energy a year before company filed data center application

LUTHER, Okla. – Luther Mayor Terry Arps signed a non-disclosure agreement with Beltline Energy in May 2025, about a year before the company formally filed an application tied to its proposed data center project in the town, according to records obtained by News 9 through an Open Records request.

The five-page agreement, signed May 29, 2025, is between Beltline Energy LLC and the Town of Luther. It was signed by Arps on behalf of the town and Ryan Sanders on behalf of Beltline Energy.
