OKLAHOMA CITY – Developers and local leaders broke ground Tuesday morning on a new apartment block located in downtown Oklahoma City.
Boulevard Place, with estimated construction costs at around $80 million, will bring a multifamily community located right next to Scissortail Park, the Omni Hotel and Paycom Center.
