Ajax, La. – Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested an Oklahoma man on felony narcotics charges while traveling through Natchitoches Parish on Interstate 49, resulting in the seizure of illegal narcotics, according to Natchitoches Parish Sheriff Stuart Wright.
On Tuesday afternoon, June 23, 2026, at approximately 2:25 p.m., a deputy assigned to the NPSO Drug Enforcement Unit was working a special enforcement detail on Interstate 49 near Ajax when he stopped a southbound 2015 Chevrolet Camaro for speeding.
