A federal grand jury has indicted an Oklahoma City man on allegations that he distributed a synthetic opioid analogue that resulted in another person’s death.
Prosecutors say 37-year-old Collin Shane Kirby distributed a substance containing N-Propionitrile Chlorphine, also known as cychlorphine, on Dec. 12, 2025.
According to the indictment, the individual who received the substance later died after using it. The indictment was unsealed this week, and the case is being prosecuted in federal court.
