OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Another hot afternoon is ahead across Oklahoma, with temperatures climbing into the low 100s across central Oklahoma. Oklahoma City will top out around 103, while north central and north western Oklahoma will be a little cooler with highs mainly in the mid to upper 90s. Skies will be partly cloudy to mostly sunny.
A few isolated showers and thunderstorms could develop this afternoon and evening. Not everyone will see rain, but a few communities could get a quick downpour. Any stronger storms that develop could also produce gusty winds.
