OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — A U.S. Department of Labor investigation found an Oklahoma City law firm denied overtime pay to 18 workers, leading to a settlement that recovered more than $91,000 in back wages and damages.
The Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division said it investigated Klingenberg & Associates, PC, doing business as Klingenberg & Associates, in Oklahoma City.
