OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A potential arsonist is in custody after a fire started inside the Walmart on Memorial and Penn Thursday morning. When Oklahoma City Fire crews got there, they learned the automatic sprinkler system inside the store had put out the flames.
“A gentleman came and set fire to a clothing rack. Not sure his motive or purpose. Obviously, you can’t do that,” said Scott Douglas, OKC Fire Captain.
The smoke in the store forced about 50 people inside the store to be evacuated. It also meant the Oklahoma City Health Department was called to see if the food in the store was contaminated…
