EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A lawsuit against the City of El Paso and the former El Paso Zoo director has been dismissed.
According to court documents, the lawsuit that former El Paso Zoo employee Anahi Chavez Villegas filed against the City, her then supervisor, John Kiseda, human resources employee Tracy Chavarria and former El Paso Zoo director Joseph Montisano was dismissed May 5.
Both the Villegas and the defendants agreed to the dismissal as they have “reached a compromise resolving all issues between them in this matter,” the document reads, adding that each party will cover their own costs…
