EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – As June marks Foster a Pet Month, El Paso Animal Services encourages residents to consider fostering or volunteering to help shelter animals find permanent homes.
A local volunteer shared their story with KTSM’s Ian Roth on KTSM 9 News at Noon to demonstrate the impact that time and attention can have on a shelter pet and its future.
